To repair the louvres of the air vents, it is necessary to remove the vents themselves, which are integrated into the frame around the instrument cluster. To do this, first remove the central console; start by taking out the small storage compartment at the bottom of the central console, where the window controls are located; continue by removing the radio display and the radio itself; at this point, remove the covers around the light switch controls and the fixing screws along the edge of the instrument cluster frame, and complete the disassembly to access the louvres to be repaired: one solution could be to drill a small side hole and insert a plug.
