In this video, we can see how the tire pressure monitoring system works on the Dacia Jogger. It is an indirect system that relies on the rotation of the tires through the ABS system: when one of the tires is under-inflated, it has a different rotation compared to the others, which causes the corresponding warning light to turn on on the instrument panel. It then becomes necessary to check the pressure of all four tires; in fact, this system does not indicate which tire has lost pressure. To reset the warning light, after checking the tire pressures, we need to press the menu button located on the right side of the steering wheel until we select the tire pressure option, then we will press the central button to start the reset process. If the warning light starts flashing simultaneously with the service light, it indicates that there is a fault in the monitoring system.
