Repairing the Horn on a Dacia Duster

Model: Dacia Duster HS, MK 1 - Years 2010-2017

This car model unfortunately has a recurring fault, which is issues with the horn. Before searching for the faulty speaker, you should check that the electronic button that activates it is functioning correctly, as the problem often lies in this component. With that said, proceed to remove the left stalk behind the steering wheel. Remove the plastic cover under the steering column, and from here, you will access two screws that hold the stalk in place; after that, disconnect the connector and examine the circuit. Before opening everything, check that the black wire is intact, as that is what we are interested in.
