Here’s how to replace the front speakers without removing the panel: insert a plastic lever into the attachment points of the grille and pry it off. Using a Torx screwdriver, remove the 4 screws that secure the speaker to the door, and pull out the speaker.

Dacia has a specific connector, so if the new speaker has different connectors, you can cut the wires and use fastons or purchase plug & play adapters.

Connect the new speaker respecting the polarity, position it in its seat, re-screw the 4 screws, and re-clip the grille.
