When there are issues with tyre pressure, the TPMS will alert you, but if you want to check the tyres yourself, how can you do it? You will need a compressor with a pressure gauge – a device that costs around £30 to £35 on major e-commerce platforms, similar to the one in the video – to check the tyre pressure and, if necessary, adjust it to the level indicated by the manufacturer on the driver's door jamb or near the fuel filler cap. In winter, it is advisable for the pressure to be slightly higher than that indicated by the manufacturer. Check the pressure on the gauge, and when it reaches the desired level, remove the attachment from the valve.
