How do you reset the Service light on the Daihatsu Sirion?

In order to reset the Service light of the Daihatsu Sirion, you need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the key into the ignition switch: once the panel is on, you can press repeatedly the button located on the right side of the instrument panel until the maintenance interval appears. Once this is shown, you need to press the same button again to make the light disappear completely; once the light has been cleared, you can turn off the instrument panel to complete the operation.
