How to Replace the Engine Oil Filter on a Daihatsu Sirion

Before starting, open the bonnet of your Daihatsu Sirion. Begin by unscrewing and removing the upper oil filler cap. Next, raise the front of your vehicle. This will allow you to access the lower drain nut, which you need to unscrew and remove to let all the engine oil drain out. Once the oil has completely drained, re-tighten the drain nut. Now, unscrew and remove the oil filter, then screw in the new oil filter. After replacing the oil filter, lower the front of the vehicle and add new oil through the filler hole to complete the replacement.
