In this video, we can see where the oil filter is located in the Daihatsu Sirion and how to proceed in case we need to completely replace the engine oil. As shown, it is located in the lower area of the compartment, just behind the bumper, and it is accessible by lifting the front side of the car. In case of replacement, first we unscrew the drain hole plug, then we also open the upper filling cap and let all the oil drain out of the system. Once this is done, we can unscrew the filter using the appropriate wrench, install the replacement, and refill the necessary amount of oil.
