Here’s how to remove the external mirror on a Daihatsu Sirion. Use a lever to detach the internal trim of the mirror (there are plastic clips) and unscrew the securing bolts with a socket wrench. Once the securing bolts are removed, take out the mirror along with the electrical/manual window control cables from the vehicle's door. To reassemble: reattach the mirror with the bolts, reconnect the adjustment cables, and replace the plastic trim on the door panel. Finally, test the correct operation of the mirror.
