How to Replace the Tail Lights on a Datsun Redi Go Mk1

This guide shows how to remove the tail light from the Datsun Redi Go. First, secure the vehicle and open the trunk. Next, remove the two mounting bolts of the light located in the gap of the trunk. Using a plastic trim tool, pull the light assembly out of the housing; be careful with the electrical wires during this operation. Remove the bulb holder from the housing by turning it counterclockwise and pull out the bulb to be replaced. After reinstalling the bulb and checking the proper operation of the light, reassemble everything in position.
