This tutorial shows how to remove the rear lights on a Datsun 720 pickup, a very simple and quick operation to perform if you need to replace a bulb or the entire unit. Start by opening the tailgate, then unscrew the two bolts located along the inner edge of the light with an 8mm socket spanner. Once done, grasp the light, pull it towards you, and separate it from the bodywork. At this point, you can disconnect the connector and proceed with replacing the damaged unit. To remove a bulb, simply rotate it slightly anti-clockwise.
