How to replace the crankshaft pinion on the Derbi Cross City 125

Let's see in this guide how to disassemble and replace the pinion of the crankshaft or transmission on the Derbi Cross City 125 motorcycle, in simple and quick steps. First we are going to disassemble the protection cover of the pinion, unscrewing the screws; then let's remove the two pinion fixing screws, using a socket wrench, as shown in the video. At this point we extract the pinion, removing the chain; clean the affected area before reassembling the new pinion, checking the condition of the crankshaft oil seal. Then apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!

First, the fuel cap has a water drainage hole, which must be positioned in a specific way, namely with the half moon towards the driver's seat, as shown in the video.
