After changing the oil and the corresponding filter on the KTM 1290 Adventure, we reset the system that warns us with a message on the left display and a warning light on the dashboard of the need for intervention. To do this, we turn on the instrument panel, using the controls near the left handle, select the Settings menu, press the two arrow keys simultaneously until the Service menu appears. We set ten thousand kilometers and twelve months for the next intervention and exit the screen with the back button. The absence of the warning light on the dashboard confirms the reset.
