How to replace the piston on the Derbi Senda 50?

To replace the piston on the Derbi Senda 50, loosen all the screws that secure the cylinder to the top of the engine block: once these screws are loosened, you can also disconnect all the hoses and connectors attached to the engine block, allowing access to the underlying piston.

This should be detached from the connecting rod by widening the retaining ring and sliding out the locking pin; this way, you can insert the new piston and then reinstall the cylinder onto the engine block.

Vespa Immobiliser: How to Transfer the Chip from the Old Key

In the case shown in the video, the new keys are not recognised by the ECU: the Vespa starts but does not run (thus the immobiliser is active). The solution shown in the video involves locating the immobiliser chip in the old key (the one recognised by the ECU). Open the cover on the key (only red master keys or some blue ones), remove the chip (which is a small black cylinder or rectangle), insert it into the new key in place of the new one, and try to start. Now the key will work. If the master key is red, it will definitely work. If it is blue, it might work: you need to cut the silicone; this is possible but a delicate operation. If it is a black clone key, then it is a system that does not work.
