To replace the piston on the Derbi Senda 50, loosen all the screws that secure the cylinder to the top of the engine block: once these screws are loosened, you can also disconnect all the hoses and connectors attached to the engine block, allowing access to the underlying piston. This should be detached from the connecting rod by widening the retaining ring and sliding out the locking pin; this way, you can insert the new piston and then reinstall the cylinder onto the engine block.
