In order to replace the headlight bulb of the Ducati Multistrada, you need to loosen the screws that secure the front fairing panel of the motorcycle: these screws will be located on the inside, immediately behind the handlebars of the motorcycle. By unscrewing these screws, you can detach the panel and disconnect the connectors inside; at this point, you can remove the bulb located inside, so that it can be replaced.
