How to Change the Oil on a Ducati Hypermotard 939

In this video, you will learn how to change the oil on a Ducati Hypermotard 939: First, remove the oil filler cap, then unscrew the drain plug to let the used oil flow into a container for disposal at an authorised centre; next to it, you will find the filter, which you will remove with a special tool: be careful as this will also lose some oil, so do not waste it. Clean the area well, lubricate the o-ring with new oil, and refit the filter.

Refit the oil sump (now is a good time to fit a new plug) and top up with high-quality oil from above.

Pour in about 90%, then start the bike and recheck the level to verify the quantity.
