Replacement brake pads on Ducati Multistrada

Before replacing the brake pads you must remove the rear wheel. Once this is done, you can work on the caliper and widen the seat where the tablets are located. For this step, use any tool set up for the task, such as a crowbar or a large flat screwdriver (see video). Remove the safety pins from the pin and pull the pin out. Remove the worn pads and mount the new ones you purchased, immediately reinserting the pin to hold them in place. Obviously, proceed backwards until complete reassembly, that is, until the wheel is assembled.

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
