How to change the engine oil of a Ducati Hypermotard

Let's start by placing our Ducati Hypermotard in a vertical position, using the special motorcycle stand. After that, we will have to run the engine for a few minutes. Once this is done, we will have to unscrew and remove the lower oil drain nut, thus allowing the engine oil to flow out. Once we have drained the engine oil, we will have to screw the lower nut back on, then unscrew and remove the top filler cap. At this point, using a funnel, we will have to insert the new engine oil, and finally we will have to screw the filler nut back on, and the replacement will be completed.

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
