Today we discover in this guide the steps on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and oil filter, of the Ducati Monster 1200 motorcycle. First of all we put our motorcycle on the stand and begin to unscrew the vent of the oil that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes; after which we use the special wrench to unscrew and remove the oil filter, screwing in and tightening the new one by hand. Finally, unscrew the filler cap and pour in the new engine oil, reaching the maximum level mark!

How do you replace the air filter of the KTM 1290 Super Adventure?

In order to replace the air filter of the KTM 1290 Super Adventure, you need to completely remove the storage compartment box located between the handlebars and the fuel tank. Once this compartment box has been removed, you can loosen the screws underneath and proceed to remove the cover of the air filter box. The air filter can now be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new one; the new filter can now be secured by reinserting the cover of the box and the storage compartment box, ensuring that everything is functioning properly.
