To replace the timing belt on a Ducati Multistrada 1200, loosen the bolts securing the side cover of the engine block: this is located on the right side of the bike, right next to the clutch cover. By removing the protective panel, you can access the underlying belt, which is arranged around the respective pulleys: unscrewing the central nuts will allow you to reduce the tension of the belt, enabling you to replace it with a new one. After the replacement, close the engine block cover and secure it with the appropriate bolts.
