In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the battery in a Ducati 848, which is a very simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then position yourself on the right side of the bike, unscrew the indicated bolts and remove the side fairing. Proceed by unscrewing the bolt of the fixing bracket, loosen the screws of both terminals and, starting from the negative one, disconnect them. At this point, we can remove the old battery, insert the replacement and follow the reverse procedure to reassemble everything. Make sure to reconnect the positive terminal first and only then the negative one.

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery.
