Where is the battery located in the Ducati Monster 821?

In this video we can see where the battery is located in the Ducati Monster 821, useful in case we need to replace it, recharge it or perform an emergency start. As shown, it is located in the rear area of the engine, just below the shock absorber. To access it, simply unscrew the fastening screws of the plastic cover with a 6mm hex key. To remove it, you need to remove the two lower bolts and disconnect both terminals, always starting from the negative one. Once the replacement is installed, the positive terminal must be connected first.

How do you replace the clutch cable of the LML Star?

In order to replace the clutch cable of the LML Star you have to unscrew the screws that fix the front fairing of the bike, so that it can be removed: here it will be possible to find one of the ends of the cable, which will be connected to the relative lever. By unscrewing the bolt that connects the lever to the cable, it will be possible to detach the first end; the other end will be directly connected to the clutch. Once both ends have been disconnected, the cable can be pulled out and replaced with a new spare part.
