How to change the motor oil in the Ducati Hyperstrada 939?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the engine oil in the Ducati Hyperstrada 939, a very simple operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to cool down enough, then we position a container underneath it and remove the lower cover. We then locate the drain hole bolt, unscrew it using a 12mm hex key, and, with a 14mm key, unscrew the secondary filter cap. Finally, we clean the latter from any possible dirt residue, unscrew the main filter, tighten the replacement and reassemble everything. At this point, all that's left is to pour the new oil through the appropriate hole.

Let's see together how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Aprilia RSV 1000 R motorcycle. First we put the central stand to our bike and start by unscrewing the oil vent bolt. which we find under the engine, using a hexagonal key; let the oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover to remove it and replace it with the new one, of the right type; finally unscrew the filler cap and pour in the new engine oil!
