Of course, we need to change the oil and filter, and in general, the checklist of services to be performed in this type of intervention is really long: for example, the chain needs to be disassembled and completely inspected, all filters and belts are changed, the brake fluid is changed. In practice, the bike is almost completely disassembled and reassembled.

Replacing the front brake pads of the Yamaha Xmax 300

In today's video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the front brake pads of the Yamaha Xmax 300 scooter. First we put our scooter on the central stand and start by unscrewing the fixing screws of the front brake caliper, using a socket wrench ; then we lever inside the caliper, in order to make the hydraulic piston retract, then remove the pads located inside the caliper itself. At this point, let's clean up the dirt from the caliper and install the new brake pads, of excellent quality!
