In this tutorial we can see how to replace the headlight bulb in the Royal Enfield Classic 500, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, in order to operate safely, then locate the screws along the outer perimeter of the headlight and unscrew them using a cross-tip screwdriver. Then grab the headlight, separate it from the base and disconnect the power connector. At this point, all that remains is to remove the rubber cover, release the metal clip, replace the bulb and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
