You just need to turn on the scooter and press the SEL and RES buttons next to the display at the same time. When the clock starts flashing, release the buttons and press only the SEL button to set the hours. Press both buttons at the same time to confirm the choice of hours. Press the SEL button again to adjust the minutes. Turn off and on the scooter again to confirm the steps just taken.
