To replace the handlebars on the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, first remove the mirrors from the old handlebars by rotating them. Next, loosen and disconnect the brake and gear levers.

Now you can loosen the bolts located in the centre of the handlebars, which, once removed, will allow you to completely remove the handlebars after disconnecting everything. You can then install the new handlebars, securing the central bolts again, and reattach the grips, brake and gear levers, and all previously removed parts.
