To replace the sprocket on a Royal Enfield Classic 350, loosen the screws securing the plastic cover on the left side of the bike, under which the sprocket is located. Remove the sprocket from its housing by loosening the central nut and sliding off the chain that surrounds it. Once the old sprocket is removed, insert the new one into its housing; then reposition the chain around it, ensuring everything functions correctly and cover it with the panel.
