To change the motor oil of a Royal Enfield Himalayan, start by warming up the engine for a few minutes to thin out the oil. Turn off the engine and place the motorcycle on a central stand to ensure stability. Under the engine, locate the oil drain plug and position a collection tray underneath it. Use a wrench to loosen the drain plug and let the oil completely drain into the tray. Once all the oil has been drained, replace the drain plug and tighten it securely. Find the oil fill cap on the top of the engine and remove it. Use a funnel to slowly pour the recommended amount of new oil as stated in the owner's manual. After completing the filling, replace the oil fill cap, start the engine for a few minutes, and then turn it off to recheck the oil level, adding more if necessary.
