How to replace the timing belt on a Fiat Multipla engine? We lift the car on a column or jack bridge (if necessary, we disassemble the front wheel, with a screwdriver the right stone guard of the wheel). Once these operations have been carried out, we raise the engine hood, remove the engine soundproofing panel and the belt cover. With a fixed wrench we go to loosen the belt tensioner roller and remove it from its seat. After having mounted the new belt, with a fixed wrench we go to tighten the belt tensioner roller, we stretch until we have the right tension of the belt (previously mounted). Finally, we check the new assembled parts and tighten everything with the key.
