Replacement of Front Headlamp Bulb

Model: Fiat Punto MK 2, 188 - Years 1999-2011
Part: Headlight bulb

To replace the front headlamp bulb (H7 model), you do not need to remove the headlamp. Simply open the bonnet, remove the protective cap from the bulb holder, disconnect the power connector, and then release the retaining spring of the bulb. Insert the new bulb, avoiding touching the glass with your fingers, secure it with the retaining spring, reconnect the power connector, and then reposition the protective cap. Perform a check to ensure it lights up, and if you notice a significant difference in brightness compared to the other headlamp, it is advisable to replace that one as well.

Next, remove the plastic trim around the gauge cluster where the tachometer and speedometer are located, as well as the rectangular plastic trim surrounding the steering wheel. Simply unclip it. Now, press and push the ignition switch to release it from the housing, and you're done!
