You will need a new windscreen suitable for your Fiat Punto, a sealant gun, suction cups, a cloth, gloves, a star key, a screwdriver, a new seal, a utility knife, and a scraper. The first step is to remove the wiper blades and then the old seal using a scraper and utility knife; remove the seal and scrape off any adhesive residue. Now, extract the old windscreen using the suction cups, then clean the glass thoroughly to ensure the suction cups adhere well, and have a second person assist you in removing the glass. Once the old windscreen is removed, apply the sealant; wear gloves, and with the help of a second person and the suction cups, position the glass and place the new seal, adhering it to the new windscreen and let it dry for a few hours. Now take a bucket of water and pour it over the windscreen to check for any leaks in the seal.
