To adjust the handbrake on the Fiat Punto, you need to tighten the bolts located at the ends of the cables. To perform this operation, you will need to remove the plastic cover located at the rear of the handbrake lever.

Here, you can tighten the nut at the end of the cable; the other end will be at the rear left wheel drum. You will need to completely remove the wheel by loosening the fixing bolts and detaching the drum, so you can also tighten the end of this cable.
