Handbrake Adjustment on Fiat Grande Punto

To adjust the handbrake on your car, there are usually two bolts located behind it, hidden by a protective plastic cover, which you can use to set the tension of the handbrake lever by loosening or tightening them. On our Fiat Punto, the situation is similar: remove the plastic around the handbrake and the cup holder, either by hand or with a flat screwdriver. At this point, you can notice the 10 mm bolt that regulates the handbrake. Tighten or loosen it and test by pulling and releasing the handbrake until you find the ideal setting.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
