Let's start by removing the rear seat - the procedure is the same whether it is a single seat or a split seat - now we need to remove the seat: two more 16 mm bolts hold the seat fixed to the bodywork. Now we need to remove the belt bolt with a 13mm wrench. Now we remove the passenger C-pillar panel. To remove the side panel, we need to remove the central pillar, the one where the passenger seat belt is located. You need a 17mm spanner to remove it. At this point the panel, which is interlocking, comes off easily. Again, we have to remove the sill, by removing the screws that hold it in place. Now finally our rear panel is free, and you can remove it because it is push-fit. But be careful because if it is true that decision is needed, it is also true that it is easy to break the plastic clips. The original case is not secured with screws, but with rivets, which are removed by drilling them with 4 or 5 mm iron bits. We recommend the utmost delicacy when drilling the rivet! The speaker is now free. We remove the clamp and here it takes a minimum of manual skill to create a small wooden adapter ring to return the ovens between the new body and the bodywork.
