Fiat Panda - Video tutorial
Model: Fiat Panda
MK 2, 169
- Years 2003-2012 If the remote control of the Fiat Panda does not work, it is not necessarily the fault of the remote control. In the case we see in this video, the problem is the worn rubber buttons, as the contact works normally. In fact, the YouTuber removed the rubber buttons and was able to see that the contact works normally, the problem is only the rubber button. A good spray of contact cleaner (but WD-40 is also fine) to see if the problem is resolved, but unfortunately, this time it doesn't work. We can find the three replacement rubber buttons (with the 12.5 mm trunk opening button) on eBay with code 403783416460 for 1.79 euros (+ 2.60 euros for shipping). Using a flathead screwdriver, we remove the rubber buttons and put the new ones back in place, as they simply snap into place. Job done!
