How to Replace the Front Wishbone of the Fiat Doblo

Model: Fiat Doblo 223, MK 1, Doblo 1 - Years 2000-2009

Start the replacement of the wishbone of the Fiat Doblo, model 223, by securing the wheels with chocks and then loosening the fixing bolts with a 17 mm socket. At this point, lift the vehicle and completely remove the wheel. Continue the replacement procedure by cleaning the joints of the wishbone and removing the fixing element of the bracket that connects the suspension arm to the stabiliser bar with a 10 mm socket. Unscrew the fixing bolts that connect the bar to the bodywork with a 13 mm spanner, then unscrew the bolts that connect the bar to the rear part of the wishbone with an 18 mm spanner and then with a 13 mm spanner the bolts that connect the bar to the front part of the wishbone. At this point, using a pry bar, remove the bar and then unscrew with a 19 mm spanner the pin that fixes the ball joint to the steering knuckle. Finally, remove the fixing nut and disconnect the wishbone. Once the wishbone is removed, you can insert a new one and assemble it by following the same procedure described earlier but in reverse.
