Let’s explore one of the many solutions for converting a Fiat Doblò into a camper: this YouTuber focused on extreme simplicity; a wooden floor that also allows for basic insulation, painted wooden modules measuring 40x40 to fully utilise the space, which can be moved to serve as the bed base at night. A simple camping stove is used, which allows for cooking pasta and a simple second dish; for the sink, stainless steel bowls were used with containers, one for clean water and one for waste water; the tap with a pump found on Amazon works excellently, but it must be removed in the evening to set up the bed. Thermal blackout blinds cut to size are attached to the windows. There is also a small folding chemical toilet that doesn’t take up much space. When it’s time to sleep, all the square kitchen boxes are arranged horizontally, and the mattress and sleeping bags are laid on top.
