Clean the Throttle Body Without Removing It

If there are fuel delivery issues with fluctuations in engine RPM, it is necessary to clean the throttle body adjustment system. The first step is to loosen the air hose clamp. Once the hose is removed, you can observe the dirtiness of the regulator. It is possible to clean the regulator without needing to disassemble the entire unit, simply by using a special spray. Initially, clean the inlet of the regulator using a cloth soaked in the spray, avoiding contact with the throttle plate. Start the vehicle and, while the engine is running, spray the cleaner into the inlet with small bursts, ensuring not to draw in any foreign objects during this process. If the throttle plate is not touched, calibration is not necessary. Refit the hose.
