To replace the front headlamp on a Fiat Punto, follow these steps. First, open the bonnet and locate the upper clip of the headlamp, usually found near the top of the headlamp assembly.

Use a screwdriver to unscrew the clip. Once the clip is removed, carefully move the headlamp forward to expose the electrical connector located behind the headlamp.

Disconnect the electrical connector by gently pulling it from the headlamp. Now, find the fixing screws around the edge of the headlamp; there are usually two or three screws holding the headlamp in place.

Use a screwdriver to unscrew these screws. Once removed, carefully extract the old headlamp from its housing.

Prepare the new front headlamp, ensuring it is compatible with your Fiat Punto's model and year. Position the new headlamp in the housing and refit the fixing screws to secure it. Connect the electrical connector to the new headlamp, ensuring it is firmly connected.

Finally, reposition the upper clip and screw it back in place. Check that the headlamp is correctly installed and functioning, then close the bonnet.
