How to Replace the Brake Disc on a Fiat Punto

Model: Fiat Punto MK 2, 188 - Years 1999-2011

In this guide, we will change the brake disc and associated brake pads on the front of a Fiat Punto. First, lift the car on a column jack to the desired height, then remove the wheel (using a telescopic spanner or air drill) along with the respective bolts. Unscrew the caliper locking bolt, then remove the caliper from its bracket. Use a socket spanner to detach the caliper bracket from the wheel hub. Once the brake disc is free, unscrew the screws with a screwdriver and detach the disc from the wheel hub. Prepare to fit the new disc with the corresponding pads, reversing the previous operations.
