How to Remove the Front Headlamp of a Ford Transit

Model: Ford Transit MK 6 - Years 2000-2006

To remove the front headlamp of a Ford Transit, open the bonnet and locate the upper fixing screws of the headlight assembly. Unscrew the screws with an appropriate spanner or socket. If present, also remove the side screws accessible from the edge of the headlamp or from the front wheel arch. Once the fixings are free, grasp the headlamp and pull it forward to disengage it from the locating pins. At the back, disconnect the electrical connectors of the bulbs by pressing the locking tabs. The headlamp can now be completely removed. For reassembly, connect the connectors, insert the headlight assembly into its housing, align the pins, and re-screw all the fixing screws.
