How to Open the Fuel Cap on a Toyota Aygo?

To open the fuel cap on a Toyota Aygo, start by sitting in the driver's seat and ensuring the vehicle is off. Near the lower left side of the driver's seat, you will find a small lever specifically for opening the fuel flap. Pulling this lever will automatically unlock the flap, allowing you to access the fuel cap. Once the flap is open, you can turn the fuel cap counterclockwise to unscrew it. After refuelling, ensure you screw the cap back on correctly, turning it clockwise until you hear a click, indicating it is secured properly. Finally, close the fuel flap by pressing it gently until you hear it click into place. This procedure ensures that the flap is properly closed and the cap is sealed tightly, preventing fuel leaks or the ingress of impurities.
