To replace the rear wheel on a Ford Focus, insert the jack into the chassis near the wheel and turn the corresponding knob to lift the car. Once lifted, loosen the bolts securing the wheel to the hub using the wheel replacement kit's socket wrench. When all bolts are loosened, remove the wheel and insert the spare wheel, which is located in the bottom of the boot: after the spare wheel is fitted, secure the bolts and lower the vehicle.
