How to replace a wheel on the Ford Focus Hatchback Mk3

This guide shows how to replace a flat tyre on the Ford Focus Hatchback Mk3. The first step is to position the vehicle on level ground, engage the handbrake, and turn off the engine. From the boot, lift the lower trim panel to reveal the spare wheel and replacement tools. Unscrew the locking pin of the tyre and extract the spare wheel. Take out the jack and position it according to the markings on the lower edge of the doors; these points allow for proper lifting of the vehicle without damaging the chassis. Using the appropriate terminal of the removal key, unscrew the bolts securing the wheel rim and remove the element. Replace it with the new tyre and tighten the bolts in a cross pattern. At this point, you can lower the vehicle.
