The video refers to Ford Focus models produced between 2012 and 2014. Open the remote by pressing two side tabs: the cover will lift slightly and then can be pulled out. To open the internal part, you will need a small flathead screwdriver, which is inserted at the end of the remote and gently pried apart to separate the two halves.

Inside, you will find a CR2032 button battery, readily available, which can be removed by prying with the small screwdriver.

Insert the new one, ensuring the positive terminal is facing up. Make sure it is properly seated; otherwise, the cover will not close correctly.

How to open the bonnet of a Peugeot 308

To open the bonnet of a Peugeot 308, first enter the vehicle and pull the lever located on the left side of the driver's footwell, next to the door.
