Replacing Key Battery for Ford Focus MK2

Model: Ford Focus MK 2, Focus 2 - Years 2004-2011

Insert a small flat screwdriver into the slot of the remote control, removing the manual key from the rest of the casing. With the same small screwdriver, slightly open the two side clips and open the remote control in two halves: inside one of the halves, you will now see the battery. It is a CR2032, which you can easily find in any hardware store or large supermarket. Remove it from its holder (still using the screwdriver) and insert the new one. Reassemble the casing by fitting the two halves together and inserting the manual key back in. Nothing could be easier, good luck!
