This guide provides the main instructions for removing and replacing the crankshaft pulley on the Ford Fiesta TDCi, as well as the Focus with the same engine. First, raise the vehicle and remove the front right wheel; then remove the front wheel arch by unscrewing all the screws. Next, unscrew the central bolt of the crankshaft pulley, first removing the V-belt and then the pulley itself; replace it with the new one and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure!
