To set the clock on a Ford Fiesta, turn on the instrument cluster and press the MENU button located on the central dashboard panel: then navigate through the options using the directional arrows until you select "Clock setting". Pressing the OK button will allow you to adjust the hours and minutes using the up and down arrows.

Once the correct time is set, confirm the entry by pressing the OK button, and you can turn off and back on the cluster to verify the change.
