How to Change the Battery in the Ford C-Max Titanium Remote?

If pressing the buttons on the remote key does not open or close the locks, it is likely that the battery inside the remote has discharged: replacing it is extremely simple and can be done as a DIY task; obtain a small flat screwdriver to lever in the gap between the two shells that make up the remote key; once the shells are opened and separated, one contains the electronic circuit, while the other houses the battery, which can be removed and replaced with a new one, ensuring the polarity is respected.
